Have 5-8 years of experience in Pulp & Paper industries, especially in Pulp Mill business (Wood handling, cooking, chemical pulping, mechanical pulping, recovery island) or other similar 3. Process design skills (technical offer preparation, equipment sizing, flow sheets preparation etc for pulping line) 4. Process audit & trouble shooting skills for Pulp mill 5. Have negotiation skills and able to identify prospective customers. 6. Understand commercial terms (incoterms) 7. Have literacy in SAP, BAAN, CRM or other commercial system 8. Work independently as well as in team, in a challenging working environment Work complexity and business impact: Works independently to complete given assignments, promoting and selling the organization's products and services. Some negotiation is required and should be able to identify prospective customers. May guide others within own area of expertise.
