We're hiring for Commercial Lead Africa & Middle East Markets He or she will be responsible for leading Corteva commercial business, from strategic direction setting, commercial execution, team leadership and capacity builder, with full income statement accountability. Geography of responsibility includes Africa (excl South Africa) and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate is to offer general management experience, value strong customer- & industry relationships, track record of business result driven approach, sound financial acumen, is a cross functional collaborator and a champion of Corteva's core values. Preferred Location: Kenya, Morocco or Egypt regional offices Principal Accountabilites Strategic 5-year planning and execution, embedded by strong commercial execution Lead commercial organization, focusing on annual budget delivery, maximizing market share and profitability. Manage business governance, annual planning cycle, commercial policies, and key business indicators for relevant geographies Team leadership, development and building high performance culture aligned to Corteva values Hold strong internal and external customer relationships, along with industry and other stakeholders, supportive of agriculture development Oversee financial performance indicators, sales forecasting and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize revenue, control costs, and sustain long-term profitability. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations, maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial operations.
