Process Expert, Drug Product 80-100%

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert to ensure that the production line runs efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate and support the qualification of manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet strict industry standards
• Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues
• Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering
• Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing OR experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment
• Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
• Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase. You demonstrates strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
