We are Delivery Hero. **Job Description** We are on the lookout for a **Senior Specialist, Total Rewards Technology** to join the **Total Rewards Center of Excellence in Berlin** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. With each initiative you support, you'll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization. - Help shape the future of Total Rewards by reimagining how technology, data and automation can scale impact across a global organization. - Architect and scale automation solutions that transform complex Compensation, Equity, and Benefits processes into seamless, high-efficiency experiences. - Build integrations and data flows across Total Rewards tools, Workday, payroll and equity systems, ensuring a reliable, connected and high-quality data ecosystem. - Translate data into strategic insights by designing advanced models, reporting solutions and dashboards that enable informed decision-making. - Collaborate cross-functionally with People Tech, People Analytics and other stakeholders to build robust, scalable tools that drive consistent global execution. - Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance employee experiences, reduce manual effort and unlock new ways of working. **Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Systems, HR Technology, Total Rewards or a similar technical role. - Strong skills in Python, SQL and working with APIs, integrations and data workflows. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Experience building automation, reporting or analytics solutions in a complex environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize based on business needs and work across multiple initiatives in a cross-functional, global, and multicultural team. **Additional Information** Ensuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
