Coordinate courses such as BCA CoreTrade training and CSOC courses. Update the training matrix for customer audits. Maintain effective communication with workers. General Administrative Duties: Maintain foreign workers' passport records and remind them of renewals nearing expiry. Process employees' medical claims. Assist in organizing company events, including sourcing and obtaining necessary approvals. Support staff housing-related matters. Coordinate flight bookings for direct workers on home leave and repatriation. Update and maintain the monthly staff contact list. Manage the MHC system, including issuing MHC cards to staff and downloading invoices. Monitor and manage stock levels of uniforms. Check and replenish factory cleaning supplies. Perform any other assigned duties as required.
