- UX for Experts : A high bar for building low-friction, data-heavy interfaces.
- Experience as a founding or early hire; able to define roadmaps where no blueprint exists.
- Familiarity with synchronized playback.
- Experience with marketplace, gig-work, or data-labeling platforms.
