Warehouse Coordinator [ Up to $2.6k + AWS + PB ] (JTYJV)

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies).
• Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
• Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.
• Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
• Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments.
• Ensure all stock areas are kept clear & tidy for ease of picking and in line with safety requirements.
• Participate in regular stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.
• Liaise with forwarder, confirm delivery terms with supplier and provide invoice and packing list to the forwarder.
• Support in preparation of shipping / freight-forwarding documentation.
• Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with company operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in operating forklift truck will be an advantage

Additional Information

Warehouse Assistant x3 5.5 Working Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm) Working location: Changi Logistics Centre Salary: $1900 - $2600 + AWS + PB (depends on performance) + OT (if required)
