- Strong programming proficiency in C# and a solid grasp of Unity build systems and challenges specific to live mobile development.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), including deployment automation, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Experience designing and maintaining systems that support continuous delivery and live release processes for mobile games.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as DataDog, Kibana or Bugsnag.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical initiatives across teams, influencing architecture and process without formal management scope.
- A focus on reliability, performance, and developer enablement, with a passion for delivering exceptional player experiences through technology.
