Responsibilities

• Approach 100-150+ people daily
• Drive Paytm app installs on the spot
• Push first UPI transaction immediately
• Run daily on-ground activations (markets, shops, high footfall areas)
• Handle objections and close users in <2 minutes pitch
• Coordinate with merchants for activation support
• Must-Have Traits
• High energy, aggressive communicator
• Strong closure mindset (not just pitching)
• Comfortable with rejection and volume hustle
• Street-smart, adaptable
• Fluent in Kannada + Hindi (for bangalore) & Telugu + Hindi (for Hyderabad)
• Success Metrics
• Daily installs
• First transactions (activation rate)
• Qualification :- Graduation must
