Let's discuss the role We are looking for a driven and strategic Country Lead to head our sales efforts for both grocery & non-grocery retail partners on Wolt's online delivery platform. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Account Managers & Account Specialists, focused on growing and nurturing our existing retail partner base, ensuring they thrive within the Wolt ecosystem and contribute meaningfully to our market's commercial success. The role is responsible for building strong partner relationships, optimizing performance through data-led consultation, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate brings extensive account management experience , has worked with retailers that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) , and has a strong track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
