Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary Washington University Advancement is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager who will serve as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud email builder and traffic manager. The successful candidate in this new role will play a crucial role in managing and executing email marketing campaigns essential for the university's fundraising, alumni relations, and other advancement initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented project manager and problem solver and skilled email designer to ensure successful deliveries and efficient internal operations in a high-volume environment (approx. 900 campaigns per year). Digital Strategy is a team of six digital comms professionals, with three dedicated to email marketing. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Design and schedule email marketing campaigns and templates for alumni engagement, annual giving, and fundraising initiatives. Manage the draft, review, and approval process for individual projects. Troubleshoot and resolve email deployment issues promptly. Manage the approval queue for email builds created outside of Advancement Communications. Serve as project/traffic manager for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects; serve as point-person for a UA-wide email campaign calendar; report on project status in email team production meetings; interface with UA partners to kick-off new projects, gather assets, and define project scope; trouble-shoot "at risk" projects. Seed list management, producing assets for meetings and presentations, managing and organizing creative assets for digital strategy team. Perform other duties as assigned.
