Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in sales , customer service , or banking .
• Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage.
• Strong sales & marketing skills to acquire new customers.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer service skills for relationship building.
• Strong attention to detail in account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools .

Client Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits. Market Research & Analysis : Identify target market segments and track competitor deposit products. Product Knowledge & Education : Stay informed about the company's deposit offerings and educate clients.
