We are a COE Global Mobility & Immigration team supporting assignments and international working in diverse businesses across a number of global locations. We work closely with our stakeholders & our partners across Comcast NBCUniversal and Sky on international working compliance and end to end governance What you'll do - Partner with Global Mobility operations to manage the full assignment lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery of services. Lead risk and compliance across Global Mobility and Immigration, providing clear, pragmatic guidance on complex cases. Collaborate with Reward on salary reviews and equity solutions for cross-border moves. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sky, offering risk-based recommendations to support compliant decision-making. Own end-to-end immigration casework, enhancing compliance processes, reporting, and governance frameworks. Manage external vendors and lead key initiatives (e.g. STBV technology implementation) to drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement. Essential Criteria - Proven experience managing end-to-end Global Mobility and immigration casework within a complex, multinational environment. Strong UK immigration expertise, including sponsor licence compliance and key visa routes, with working knowledge of EU and US immigration. Demonstrated experience overseeing international working and short-term business travel compliance frameworks. Broad understanding of Global Mobility disciplines (tax, payroll, reward, employment law, immigration) to handle complex cases effectively. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders using clear, risk-based recommendations. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities and sensitive data in a fast-paced environment. Desirable skills and experience - Experience delivering technology or system implementations (e.g. mobility or travel tools), including integration and stakeholder engagement. Track record of driving process optimisation and governance enhancements within Global Mobility frameworks. Experience managing external vendors and multi-supplier environments, with focus on performance, cost control, and continuous improvement. Exposure to strategic initiatives such as talent deployment, policy development, or transformation projects in a global organisation How you'll work We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work.
