Job SummaryThe Product Manager, In Vitro position is a strategic and data-driven role that works within business portfolios and in vitro product/service offerings to grow Crown Bioscience's global market position. This role includes marketing, product, and portfolio strategy, revenue growth, go‑to‑market strategies, product and pricing decisions, competitive messaging, lifecycle management, and new product launch efforts. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Portfolio & Product Management: Manage assigned portfolios to define strategies ensuring growth goals, build and execute roadmaps, define product vision, use competitive intelligence, monitor markets for gaps, maintain scientific knowledge.Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market, customer, competitive conditions; identify emerging trends; determine appropriate opportunities; monitor competitive landscape; engage customers through voice‑of‑customer.Go‑to‑Market & Commercialization: Partner with Product Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Managers, and SDR team to develop GTM strategies aligned with branding, positioning, and messaging; develop annual marketing plans at platform/portfolio and regional levels; train sales teams on value propositions.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align and communicate with R&D Scientific Leaders, Business Development, Site Leaders, and Operational Teams; lead new product introduction (NPI) for global market with global marketing, R&D, business development, quality and regulatory teams.QualificationsBS in a science‑related field or marketing.8+ years of marketing or commercial experience in the life science/biotech industry.Experience in product marketing for large life science portfolios.Ability to understand complex topics, extract key elements, and synthesize for external consumption.Preferred QualificationsMBA or higher education.Scientific knowledge of in‑vitro or oncology drug development.Experience working in a preclinical CRO.CompensationSalary range: $120,000 - $145,000.Equal Opportunity EmploymentCrown Bioscience is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or any other legally protected status.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know: jobs@crownbio.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
