The Opportunity: Junior Account Intern As a Junior Account Intern, you will play a supportive role within our account team, learning the foundational aspects of client relationship management and project delivery. You'll gain exposure to the intricacies of agency operations, the unique challenges and opportunities within the health sector, and contribute to the smooth execution of high-impact communication programs for our diverse portfolio of healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- As a Junior Account Intern, you will support the account team in various capacities, including:
- Project Coordination Support: Assist in preparing project updates, meeting agendas, events and detailed minutes. Coordinate internal and external meetings/calls to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Research & Insights: Conduct research on healthcare trends, competitive landscapes, therapeutic areas, and target audiences to gather insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Internal Collaboration: Support communication and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., scientific, creative, strategy, planning, digital) to facilitate integrated project delivery.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide essential administrative support to the account team, including data entry, presentation preparation, and maintaining organized client files.
- Timeline & Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project timelines and, where appropriate, learn about budget tracking, helping to flag potential issues proactively to senior team members.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in internal training sessions, team meetings, and client discussions to absorb knowledge and contribute to problem-solving.
