About the role

As part of our continued focus on future growth, we're looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team-This role will primarily focus on partnering with hourly field service and operations employees and their leadership teams in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and fostering proactive people management practices.
