Responsibilities

  • Package dry and liquid products into bags, drums, pails, totes, and bulk trucks according to production schedules.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment, including aligning transfer lines, obtaining lab approvals, and ensuring accurate filling of finished products.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine checks to maintain safe, efficient operations; promptly report mechanical concerns to supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods during a shift.

  • Work collaboratively with production and operations team members to meet business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
