About the role

The Pickup Strategy Team leads the strategy and growth of the New Vertical business across Taiwan. As the Lead of the Pickup Team, you will play a key role in shaping one of our largest APAC markets, partnering closely with regional and local senior leaders to drive high-impact initiatives and scalable business growth. Roles and Responsibilities Business Ownership: Own the Pickup business in Taiwan end-to-end, including growth strategy, business planning, and operational scalability. Lead strategic initiatives and drive high-impact decisions aligned with regional and global priorities. Objective-driven Leadership: Be accountable for both top-line and bottom-line growth. Translate business goals into actionable plans and influence stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and strong business rationale. Data-driven Problem Solving: Apply structured thinking and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and prioritize initiatives. Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Regional teams to design and execute scalable initiatives while balancing business impact and operational feasibility. Execution Excellence: Operate with an owner mindset. In addition to strategy development, you will lead execution end-to-end, proactively managing implementation, operational challenges, and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Google Slides (including dashboard development & executive-level presentation creation) Strong commercial, marketing, and financial acumen, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership Excels at tackling unprecedented challenges in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, concise, and practical solutions
