Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• ⦿ Preventive Maintenance: Conduct morning preventive maintenance (PM) routines on machines and building systems. Expect 50% of your time to be dedicated to prevenative maintenance and 50% to repairs.
• ⦿ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns, hydraulic issues, electrical circuits (including 480V 3-phase motors), pneumatic systems, HVAC, and plumbing problems.
• ⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Requirements

• ⦿ Mechanical aptitude with strong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
• ⦿ Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an industrial maintenance or mechanic role within a plant setting.
• ⦿ Proven experience performing maintenance on CNC machines.
• ⦿ Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including familiarity with 480V electrical systems.
• ⦿ Electrical skills with experience working on high voltage circuits (480V).
• ⦿ Experience with pipe fitting and rigging related to equipment installation or movement.
• ⦿ Familiarity with HVAC systems and pneumatic circuits.
• ⦿ Prior experience working in a collaborative, small team environment.
