Requirements
- Qualified accountant with extensive post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS
- Understanding of Irish regulatory and tax requirements relevant to fund accounting
- Experience in, or strong interest in, Private Equity Fund Administration
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong client service mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work to tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with systems/process improvement initiatives
- Experience driving efficiencies and automation in processes
