Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze opportunities for automation in RD, input, and production processes.

  • In‑depth knowledge of RD tools and platforms (e.g., taxonomies, metadata platforms, category structures).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python; experience with programming is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to own tasks, drive progress, and problem‑solve independently.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • High learning agility and willingness to explore new methodologies and technologies.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) is an advantage.
  • Experience in automation or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

As a Business Process Analyst (RD), you will be part of the Reference Data Innovation team focused on automation, product design, testing, and rollout of new solutions.
