Finance Business Partner / Senior Accountant

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will: Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners Translate financial information into clear, practical advice Lead quarterly and annual planning conversations through management accounts Identify opportunities, risks and insights that help clients grow Coordinate with our internal bookkeeping, payroll and accounts teams Champion your clients internally and ensure they receive exceptional service Monitor clients accounts including renewals, billing and overall engagement. In short, you focus on the client relationships and strategic advice, while our team handles the compliance work. About You: You may be ACA or ACCA qualified, but what matters most is your ability to work with clients and deliver great advice. We'd love to hear from you if you: Have strong experience in practice with client facing responsibility Enjoy building relationships and advising business owners Can explain financial information clearly and confidently Are organised and comfortable managing multiple clients Have experience reviewing management accounts Are confident using Xero or similar accounting platforms
