M&E Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems to meet safety and efficiency standards
• Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, ETAP) for project implementation
• Test electrical equipment and systems to verify performance and compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEEE, IEC)
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate electrical solutions into broader projects
• Apply analytical skills to evaluate system performance and optimize designs
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion
• Required competencies and certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in electrical design, power distribution, or control systems
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, ETAP) and simulation tools (MATLAB)
• Knowledge of industry standards including NEC, IEEE, and IEC
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
