Personal Care Officer

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care and well-being of residents
• Design and implement programmes and activities to enhance residents' quality of life
• Maintain monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment within the Home
• Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the Home's premises
• Work Location
• The Welfare Homes provide care for destitute persons, and the work location will be either Bukit Batok, Admiralty Street, or Buangkok Green.
• Acacia Home is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 250 beds, catering male destitute persons. The workplace is located at Admiralty Street.
• Bukit Batok Home for the Aged is a three-storey facility with a capacity of 195 beds, catering male and female destitute persons. The workplace is located at Bukit Batok.
• Tembusu Home at Pelangi Village is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 190 beds, catering male destitute persons. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.
• Thuja Home at Pelangi Village is a four-storey facility with a capacity of 239 beds, catering to female destitute persons. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any discipline
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while performing duties
