Requirements

• Current license from the North Carolina Department of Education
• NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
• Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
• Must pass a background check
• Compensation (based on experience and assignment type):
• 1099 Contractor: $55-$70/hour
