Requirements
- BA Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Learning Experience Design, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field working with team and leadership dynamics.
- Experience in eLearning content development, interviewing SMEs.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Confident and self-motivated

Additional Information
As part of the Learning & Development Team, you will be involved in supporting our learning strategy initiatives including but not limited designing engaging learning curriculums for our global business, collaborating on badging, and credentialing, and supporting our learning experience platform, Degreed. The Instructional Designer consults with business partners to help AGS employees close skill and performance gaps by creating targeted learning and performance solutions. They will determine the appropriate solution by conducting a need analysis and/or interpreting the needs analysis provided by a Learning & Development Manager. They work independently on high impact projects and assist the Sr. and Management team on larger initiatives. The Instructional Designer continuously improves, relentlessly pursues excellence, keeps project trackers, and records up to date, and collaborates with the Learning & Development Team and business partners.
