- Proven experience working with industrial process equipment or hardware systems (e.g., heat exchangers, blowers, skids, electromechanical assemblies)
- Expertise in supplier sourcing, qualification, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Strong project management and planning capabilities with a track record of complex, ambitious projects delivered on time and under budget

Remora is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale supply chain and manufacturing as we move from R&D to production of complex industrial hardware. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience in industrial equipment (e.g., heat exchangers, blowers, skids). You will lead strategic sourcing, own all aspect s of supplier relationships, partner with leadership to manage risk and cashflows, and build a strategy to deliver on time and under budget for Remora's aggressive deployment schedule.
