Consultant Service Director

Responsibilities

• Work with global, product and other cross functional teams to build consultant ability in China service organization and ensures the advanced model in the market.
• Work with sales team to sell consultant service. Make sure the framework, practice and business model align with customer needs and keep the advanced competitiveness in the market.
• Enhance training and resource enablement, productize our consulting portfolio by incorporating Lean Management and essential hospital training using internal resources, while standardizing delivery through scalable modules.
