Responsibilities

- How you'll succeed
- Data analytics and dashboard creation - Analyze sales and client data, and build dashboards to visualize trends and performance.
- AI innovation and solutions - Identify opportunities to use AI differently, proposing creative solutions to support sales effectiveness.
- Business requirement gathering - Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs for analytics and reporting.
- Presentation and communication - Prepare and deliver presentations and decks that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration and support - Partner with team members to support ongoing initiatives and contribute to process improvements and enhancements to the internal sites and resources
Requirements
- You have strong business acumen. You understand the fundamentals of sales and financial planning and are eager to learn more.
- You are analytical and detail-oriented. You enjoy working with data, uncovering insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
- You are a skilled communicator. You can present ideas clearly and build engaging decks for various audiences.
- You have technical proficiency. You are comfortable with Excel and have exposure to Tableau or similar tools; experience with data analytics and AI is an asset.
