What you will do. A glimpse in your role: As Finance & Administration Manager, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with both local regulations and group standards. Acting as a trusted business partner, you'll support decision-making and contribute to strategic growth. Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if: Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with local GAAP and IFRS Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders Oversee payroll coordination, including external providers and compensation processes Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, tax, and VAT requirements Manage and support internal and external audits Supervise and develop the local accounting and finance team Act as a finance business partner, supporting operational and strategic initiatives Handle contract and insurance management Represent the company in banking and administrative matters Support project implementation with regional leadership Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strategic thinking Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent collaboration skills across multicultural teams Required Skills & Experience Solid experience in accounting, controlling, and financial reporting Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and SOX frameworks Proven people management experience, including coaching and team development Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Experience in project management is a plus Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
