Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
  • Communicate with customers on service progress, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or maintenance identified by the workshop team.

  • Support the daily administrative and operational activities of the workshop.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience. Automotive or motorcycle industry experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
