Requirements
- 3-5 years in a client-facing or cross-functional role involving digital marketing - titles like Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Technology Lead, Marketing Operations Manager, or Program Manager.
- Experience working at or directly serving multi-location brands, franchise systems, or regional chains is required; you understand the operational complexity that comes with marketing at scale.
- Hands-on familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem: ad platforms (Google, Meta), campaign management, tracking methodologies, and marketing analytics.
- Experience implementing or operationalizing software - whether onboarding a new martech platform, managing a vendor relationship, or leading a systems rollout across teams or locations.
- Proven ability to communicate across audiences - as comfortable presenting to a VP of Marketing as walking an ops team through a workflow, simplifying complexity without losing the substance.
- Experience working collaboratively across sales, marketing, product, and/or operations teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and creative skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
