Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Aviation Manpower Requirements Department (Code 30) of NAVMAC. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Developing documentation to summarize results of manpower assessments or studies. 2. Conducting effective briefings with senior leadership to defend recommendations. 3. Identifying methods to assess workload or manpower requirements by identifying measurable work unit's representative of the productive effort required to accomplish the function; and 4) Providing technical management advice and guidance on Fleet related manpower information to verify compatibility with agency directives and policies.
