Global Intercompany Analyst

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Reporting
• Provide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE and collaborate with broader controllership teams
• Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Draft insightful commentaries for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Intercompany Analysis & Reconciliation
• Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operations
• Process Ownership & Optimization
• Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processes
• Lead end-to-end ownership of Kyriba processes
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS, driving system efficiency and best practices
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies

In this role, you will serve as a strategic individual contributor. You'll deliver advanced financial insights, validate key assumptions, and communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of financial drivers (specific to Intercompany process overall), excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage the assigned tasks with clarity and purpose.
