Please note: This is a part-time position. Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm. To support this challenge, Syngenta is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support its Calgary office. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Calgary office and Commercial teams, ensuring operational excellence through exceptional organization, time management, and stakeholder collaboration. Accountabilities: Office operations supporting Office Manager Maintain and oversee general office operations, including facility maintenance coordination Manage vendor relationships Coordinate boardroom bookings and maintain meeting spaces Monitor and maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and storage organization Process incoming/outgoing FEDEX shipments and mail Administrative Support Identify and/or participate on work streams to improve business processes & sales efficiency. Support Sales Support Lead with booking meeting space, co-ordinate travel, booking flights, including logistics for district meetings and events Prepare quarterly sales sponsorship reports Maintain sales distribution lists and district maps Support remote Calgary employees with workspace needs Financial Management Process ARIBA invoices and purchase orders Manage office P-card and monthly expense reporting Track office expenses against budgets by line code and cost center in SAP Required: College diploma or university degree, preferably in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or Event Management Minimum 3 years of administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Strong computer literacy Must be eligible to work in Canada Desired: Project management expertise Event planning and coordination experience SAP, Concur, ARIBA and Docusign experience Basic financial and accounting knowledge
