About the role

Adecco is partnering with a global technology company to look for a Business Operation Analyst who is focused on using data, analytics, and AI to improve operational performance, customer support effectiveness, and business decision-making at scale. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data storytelling to drive measurable business impact. The Talent Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of experience in analytics, operations support , or a technical environment. Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPI measurement. Advanced SQL skills and experience with tools such as Python/R, Tableau, Hive, and Presto. Strong data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to convert complex analytical findings into business recommendations.
