Brand Programs & PR Senior Specialist (fixed-term maternity cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Programs & PR Specialist to support the execution of the Levi's® brand and consumer strategy in Italy. This role sits at the intersection of brand, PR, influencer marketing, and cultural engagement, with a strong focus on building and managing external relationships. You will help bring global brand priorities to life locally, create culturally relevant moments, and ensure Levi's® maintains a strong and consistent presence across all consumer touchpoints - while supporting the internalization of PR and influencer activities. This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-evolving team, requiring both strong project management skills and an established external network across media, talent, and cultural stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Brand & PR Execution
• Support the delivery of the Levi's® brand marketing strategy locally, aligned with Global and EU priorities
• Develop and execute seasonal PR, influencer, and engagement plans to drive awareness and conversion
• Partner with Channel Marketing to amplify campaigns across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce
• PR, Influencer & External Relations
• Build and manage relationships with press, stylists, influencers, and cultural stakeholders
• Support the transition to an in-house PR model, leading direct conversations with media and partners
• Contribute to talent mapping and influencer strategy, ensuring alignment with brand values and aesthetics
• Prioritize and manage incoming requests (editorial, influencer, VIP) with strong business judgment
• Events & Brand Experiences
• Plan and execute consumer events and brand activations (e.g. festivals, Pride, Milano-based initiatives)
• Support the delivery of the Milano "key city" strategy, creating impactful brand heat moments
• Coordinate end-to-end project management for activations, from concept to execution
• Support showroom activities, including product placement, appointments, and stakeholder engagement
• Operations & Planning
• Support the definition and execution of the local marketing and content calendar
• Manage agency relationships across PR, media, social, and creative
• Contribute to A&P budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Monitor performance of campaigns and events, supporting ROI analysis
• About You
• ~5 years of experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing, or brand marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer-driven industry
• Established network or exposure to media, PR agencies, influencers, or talent (agency background is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of Italian cultural landscape, media ecosystem, and youth-oriented consumers
• Proven experience managing events, activations, or PR initiatives end-to-end
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Data-aware and performance-driven mindset
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar
• Willingness to travel (~20%)
• This is a hybrid position based in our Milan office. You will be expected to be in the office minimum three days per week , though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
