About The Role The Programme Officer will provide operational and administrative support across LIHE's innovation and venture programmes, supporting the delivery of activities involving startups, clinicians, academics, industry and external partners. Working closely with Programme Leads and the wider LIHE team, the postholder will support the coordination of workshops, meetings, events, communications and participant engagement activities, ensuring a professional, responsive and high-quality programme experience. The role will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of programmes and support effective operational delivery across a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract for three years. £34,713 to £38,127 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
