Responsibilities

• At least +7 years of semiconductor Etch process and hardware expert with hands-on lab/fab experience and knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics applications.
• Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites.
• Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field.
• Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site.
• Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed.
• Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer.
• Direct experience of algorithm writing (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
• Travel to international locations at ~25%.
• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
