- Request and track purchase orders; ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time in alignment with company policies.
- Track and reconcile department spend items relevant to leadership operations and events; partner with Finance and Procurement as needed.
- Events, offsites, and employee engagement logistics
- Plan and execute logistics for U.S. events (all-hands, leadership offsites, visiting leadership meetings, team-building events): venue/space, catering, A/V, attendee communications, and onsite support.
- Support conference and congress logistics, including scheduling coordination and executive travel readiness.
- Onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics (access requests, equipment coordination, calendar setup, meeting introductions), partnering with HR/People Operations and IT.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years supporting senior leaders (SVP level or equivalent) in a complex, fast-paced environment; demonstrated success supporting multiple leaders and stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and independently resolve complex prioritization challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with enterprise travel, expense, and procurement workflows (e.g., Concur and PO/procurement systems such as Coupa, Ariba, or eMarketplace).
