Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Development
  • Define and lead Westfield's global event strategy across 12 countries (Europe & US)

  • Build strong, win-win relationships with retailers and partner brands

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in events, brand activation, or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-country projects
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional and international ecosystems
  • Expertise in partnerships and negotiation (brands, talent, IPs, etc.)
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of brand, audience, and monetization challenges
  • Fluent English required (both written and spoken)
