About the role
Job Description - Report to the Project Director. The Project manager is responsible to lead the project team for the execution of the project from commencement until completion and defects liability period. - The detailed duties and responsibilities of project manager includes but not limited to the following:- - Prepare master programme and ensure that the project complete within the stipulated or extended contract period. - Implementation of all ISO, quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements. - Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements. - Ensure compliances to Authorities' requirements. - To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc. - With the support of QS, plan and monitor the confirmation of sub-contractors and suppliers so that they are awarded according to the scope and procurement schedule. - To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete sub-contract works within the schedule and comply with contractual requirements. - Manage the actual cost of project so that it is below the budgeted cost. - Manage the subordinates to so that they are following work systems, productive, andencourage team work among the team members. - Handle defects works after handing over the project Job Requirement Degree in Civil Engineering/ M&E Engineering - At least 5 years of experience -
