Sales Coordinator and Order Management (Automotive)

About the role

Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the automotive industry, seeking a Sales Coordinator and Order Management (Automotive) to support regional aftersales parts operations across Asia. This is a hybrid role combining supply chain coordination, customer relationship management, sales support and business analysis, offering excellent regional exposure while working closely with distributors and cross-functional stakeholders. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Location: Central Region Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm (staggered hours available) Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Bonuses The Job: Promote and upsell parts to assigned customers, tailored to market needs and support requirements. Actively manage supply chain issues and lead recovery actions to ensure smooth operations. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate updates and solutions to any disruptions in parts supply. Stay informed about products, industry trends, and supply chain processes to offer efficient and cost-effective solutions. Process orders and claims accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and deliver detailed reports on supply chain performance for each customer. Assist in setting annual pricing and business agreements with customers. Travel regionally to strengthen distributor relationships, support business reviews and understand market requirements The Talent: Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Management (Able to explain the flow of how goods are transported from production to the market) Min 2 years of sales support / supply chain management experience in the Automotive industry Proficient in SAP (SD/MM modules) and Microsoft Excel Regional exposure across multiple countries, automotive, spare parts or aftermarket experience will be advantageous Comfortable travelling regionally approximately once per month Next Steps: Prepare your updated resume and apply via this application or send your resume in MS Word format to vanessa.lew@adecco.com.
