About the role

Salary $3200 5 days, 44hrs per week (Rotating shift, based on roaster) (Earliest shift start at 11am, Latest shift end at midnight 4am) - Company transportation provided for night shift Industry: Rooftop restaurant and bar, at 6th floor Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt Fulltime role, Yearly Bonus provided

Responsibilities

• Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.
