Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) as required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act. Must possess a valid state Driver's License. Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak). Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and follow written job instructions, directions, and regulatory documents (e.g., U.S. Coast Guard manuals). Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and navigating CMMS systems such as Hexagon EAM. Ability to prioritize work and strong multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to function effectively as a team player. Ability to work a regular work schedule, as well as overtime as workload dictates, and participate in an on-call schedule.
