Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Agronomic Science or a relevant scientific discipline, plus at least 5 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs for plant protection products.
- Solid understanding of EU and Portuguese regulatory frameworks for crop protection.
- Strong English (required); Portuguese fluency expected; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to read, critically assess, and summarize complex scientific data.
- Sharp stakeholder management - you're comfortable navigating both internal teams and government authorities.
- Proactive mindset: you anticipate regulatory shifts and flag them before they become problems.
- Organised and delivery-focused, able to manage multiple dossiers and competing deadlines without losing detail.
