Responsibilities

  • With 5-8 years' experience in management consulting or a related strategy, operations or transformation role, you bring:
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end consulting engagements or major workstreams within complex programs
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience applying consulting frameworks and analysis in ambiguous or complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
  • Experience leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Experience or exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean or Six Sigma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing client-ready deliverables and executive presentations
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving impact
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, public policy, technology or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA) or relevant certifications (desirable)
