MAIN DUTIES: Prepare month-end & year-end closing journals; Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures; Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner; Prepare daily cash balance report and daily bank statements for abnormalities; Prepare quarterly GST submission; Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures; Assist in all audits of the hotel Coordinate and manage the annual budget, forecasting process from preparation to execution; Attend to Corporate/owner queries and requests; Compile and assist in survey forms required by agencies Other duties as assigned. Key Job Requirements Minimum - Diploma in Accounting / Finance Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in hospitality industry (an advantage) Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
