Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, product management, leading technology projects, and/or HRIS; HR focused experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; conveys information clearly and concisely. Experience to bridge gap between technical teams and HR teams.
- Effectively manages multiple workstreams and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work and recommend HR use cases.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; conveys information clearly and concisely.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.

- Expected annual base salary range:
- $125,000 - $165,000
