DRE - Windows Regulator / Door Glasses

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and release of window regulator and/or door glass components
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and vehicle integration)
• Manage component validation, testing, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with program timing, cost, and technical requirements
• Support change management and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably with closures systems
• Experience with window regulators, door glass systems, or closely related components
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
